In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "jiliif" or "the Platform" means the online gaming service operated and accessible at jiliif.app, including all games, wallets, promotional systems, and related functionality.
• "You" / "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses a jiliif account.
• "Account" means the registered user profile held in the jiliif system, including the associated PHP wallet, game history, and responsible gaming settings.
• "Real Money Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's jiliif wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds credited by jiliif to the Player's account under an active promotion.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake of real money or bonus balance placed on any game offered through the jiliif platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under whose guidelines jiliif operates.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on jiliif.app.

By completing the jiliif account registration process, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, accessing the jiliif platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement as amended from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing jiliif and must not register an account or place any wager on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jiliif under Philippine law. You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using online gaming services.

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use jiliif. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. jiliif enforces this requirement strictly. Account registration requires identity verification, and any account where the registered player is subsequently found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any real money balance in such an account may be forfeited in line with PAGCOR compliance obligations.

To register a jiliif account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including: your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and such additional information as jiliif's KYC (Know Your Customer) process may require. You agree to update your account information promptly should any of these details change.

Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) registered account on jiliif. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jiliif reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated through them.

jiliif is operated for players in the Republic of the Philippines. Accessing jiliif from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited or restricted is not permitted. You represent and warrant that you are accessing jiliif from a location where doing so is lawful. Use of VPN, proxy services, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliif login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your jiliif account and not reuse it across other services;
• Not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances;
• Log out of your jiliif session after each use, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify jiliif immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jiliif will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jiliif that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All actions taken using valid credentials on your jiliif account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as actions taken by you and binding on your account, unless you have previously reported a security breach to jiliif in writing. jiliif shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

jiliif accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and such other payment methods as jiliif may make available from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. jiliif does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the deposit method must be registered in the Player's own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to jiliif's anti-money laundering obligations. jiliif targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on interbank processing times. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request.

jiliif may require additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, including where the withdrawal amount is above a threshold prescribed by jiliif's AML compliance framework, where there is a discrepancy between account information and payment details, or where jiliif's fraud detection systems flag the transaction for review. jiliif shall not be liable for delays in withdrawals that arise from the Player's failure to complete verification requirements in a timely manner.

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on jiliif are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliif does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment method level is the responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.

jiliif offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty program benefits to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all jiliif promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable promotion's individual terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (playthrough multipliers) that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings generated from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are detailed per promotion.
• Bonus offers are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited automatically.
• jiliif reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified mid-period, any bonus already credited and partially wagered will be governed by the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering on low-risk outcomes, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to wagering requirement completion, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.

VIP program benefits, cashback rates, and tier-specific entitlements are governed by the jiliif VIP Program terms, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available within the VIP section of the jiliif platform.

Each game available on the jiliif platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible from the information panel within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game concerned.

jiliif uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital table games and slots, and independently audited live dealer studios for live casino games. All game providers in the jiliif catalogue are required to hold valid gaming licences and to submit their RNG and game software to independent testing by recognised certification laboratories.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games and theoretical house edge figures for table games are published within each game's information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session or bet.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the decision of jiliif's technical team, supported by server-side game logs, shall be final and binding, subject to jiliif's formal dispute resolution procedure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliif and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification;
• Registering more than one account on jiliif;
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from online gaming;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting errors, malfunctions, or unintended features of any jiliif game for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or using jiliif in any manner that constitutes money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward jiliif staff, live dealers, or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with jiliif's software, systems, or intellectual property.

jiliif reserves the right to determine, in its sole and reasonable discretion, whether a Player's conduct constitutes a breach of this clause. Such determination, based on system logs, transaction data, and behavioural analysis, shall be final unless successfully challenged through jiliif's formal dispute resolution process.

All content on the jiliif platform — including but not limited to the jiliif brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of jiliif or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jiliif solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any jiliif content without the prior written consent of jiliif.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliif's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of the deposit that gave rise to the relevant claim.

jiliif shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the jiliif platform;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors not attributable to jiliif's gross negligence;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Actions taken by jiliif in accordance with applicable law, PAGCOR requirements, or AML obligations;
• Losses arising from gambling — jiliif provides a lawful gaming service and does not guarantee winnings.

Nothing in this clause limits jiliif's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by jiliif's gross negligence, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

jiliif collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with the jiliif Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at jiliif.app/privacy-policy. By registering a jiliif account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiliif processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC/AML compliance, game operation, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where consented), and regulatory reporting. jiliif does not sell personal data to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

jiliif is committed to promoting responsible gaming. jiliif operates in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and provides the following tools to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit ceilings settable from the account dashboard;
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses over defined rolling periods;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying the Player when a defined session duration has elapsed;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent account suspension activated at the Player's request, irrevocable during the chosen exclusion period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term account access pauses of 24 hours to 30 days.

jiliif may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, impose responsible gaming restrictions on an account where the platform's monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour. Such interventions are made in the Player's interest and in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming obligations.

You may request closure of your jiliif account at any time by contacting jiliif support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests typically take up to three (3) business days to process.

jiliif reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a material breach of this Agreement, detection of fraudulent activity, PAGCOR or AML compliance obligations, court order or regulatory direction, or where jiliif determines in good faith that continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the Player or third parties.

Upon account closure or termination, your right to access jiliif ceases immediately. jiliif will retain account records for the period required by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations, regardless of closure reason.

jiliif reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jiliif will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice to registered Players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter rights or obligations, and updates to contact information) may be published without advance notice.

The version of these Terms in force at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of jiliif shall first be submitted to jiliif's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the dispute.

jiliif will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written dispute submission. If a dispute cannot be resolved through jiliif's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
