jiliif collects personal data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for account operation, identity verification, payment processing, and PAGCOR compliance. We do not collect data speculatively.

All personal data stored and transmitted by jiliif is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, encrypted database storage, and regular security audits. Your account credentials are stored using one-way hashing — jiliif staff cannot read your password.
Filipino players registered on jiliif have the right to access, correct, restrict processing of, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to jiliif's legal and regulatory retention obligations under Philippine law and PAGCOR requirements.
jiliif retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, and anti-money laundering obligations. Data no longer required is securely deleted.
When jiliif makes material changes to this Privacy Policy, registered players will be notified via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page is always kept current.

jiliif is the Data Controller for all personal data collected through jiliif.app and the jiliif platform. jiliif determines the purposes for which your personal data is processed and the means by which that processing is carried out.

In the event that jiliif undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, player personal data may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction. jiliif will notify affected players via email and via an in-platform notification prior to such a transfer, and the successor entity will be required to honour the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data jiliif holds about you, information about the purposes for which it is processed, and details of any third parties to whom it has been disclosed. jiliif will respond to access requests within thirty (30) days.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held by jiliif. You may update your contact details directly from your jiliif account dashboard. For corrections to KYC or identity data, please contact jiliif support with supporting documentation.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (for consent-based processing), or where the processing is unlawful. Note that jiliif cannot delete data it is legally required to retain under PAGCOR, AMLA, or other Philippine regulatory requirements.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may also request restriction of processing where you contest the accuracy of the data, where processing is unlawful, or where jiliif no longer needs the data but you require it for a legal claim.
Where jiliif processes your personal data by automated means on the basis of your consent or contractual necessity, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible.
If you believe jiliif has processed your personal data in violation of the DPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Details of the NPC complaints process are available on the NPC's official website.
jiliif is a real-money online gaming platform operated exclusively for persons aged twenty-one (21) years and above. jiliif does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Account registration requires identity verification, and any account where the registered user is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately closed.

jiliif reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights as a Data Subject or alter how jiliif uses your personal data — jiliif will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice to registered players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent in-platform notification, before the amended Policy takes effect.
For non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of data practices, or updates to contact information — jiliif may publish changes without advance notice.
